Minor hail damage to vegetation is\npossible.\n\nLocations impacted include...\nRotan, Roby, Sylvester, Hobbs, Longworth, Mccaulley, Gannon, Busby,\nand Capitola.\n\n## Instructions\nTorrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to\nlocalized flooding.
