With the ground already saturated in\nmany locations from rain the past few days, rapid runoff of the\nrainfall could lead to localized flash flooding.\n\n## Instructions\nPeople in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be\nprepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur\nor a Flash Flood Warning be issued.
