The highest\nwater levels are likely with the Saturday morning and possibly\nSunday morning high tides.\n\n* WHERE...In New Jersey, Hudson, Eastern Bergen, Eastern Essex\nand Eastern Union Counties. In New York, New York (Manhattan)\nCounty.\n\n* WHEN...During the times of high tide until 6 PM EDT Sunday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Minor to moderate flooding is expected in the most\nvulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Expect\naround 1 to 2 feet of inundation above ground level in low\nlying, vulnerable areas.
