Westerly winds around 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 65\nmph are expected in northwest and north central North Dakota\nthrough early this evening, with westerly winds around 30 to 40\nmph and gusts to 55 mph in southwest and south central North\nDakota. It will remain windy through tonight, with westerly winds\nincreasing back to 25 to 35 mph and gusting to 50 mph Friday\nafternoon. Relative humidity will only recover to around 40 to 50\npercent tonight and fall back to as low as 15 percent Friday\nafternoon.
