When combined with higher than normal humidities, this\nwill result in heat indices from 95 to 100 degrees for much of\neastern Kentucky both afternoons. There are only scant chances for\nshowers or storms to provide limited and localized relief through\nThursday.\n\nTry to limit time outdoors during the afternoon period, when heat\nillness is most likely to occur. If going outdoors, drink plenty\nof fluids and take breaks out of the sun."}
