Rip\ncurrents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Waves can\nwash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats\nnearshore.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest surf will be focused across south\nfacing beaches due to a southerly swell produced by Tropical\nStorm Elida.
