For the Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions\nwith heat index values up to 110 possible.\n\n* WHERE...Beaufort, Mainland Dare, Martin, Northern Craven, Pamlico,\nPitt, Tyrrell, and Washington Counties.\n\n* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, from noon to 8 PM EDT Friday. For\nthe Extreme Heat Watch, from Saturday afternoon through Saturday\nevening.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Hot temperatures and high\nhumidity may cause heat illnesses.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car\ninteriors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing.
