Thunderstorms producing\nflash flooding.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,\nnormally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and\nunderpasses.\n\nSome locations that will experience flash flooding include...\nNorth side of Springerville and Becker Lake.\n\nThis includes the following highways...\nHighway 60 between mile markers 383 and 386.
