Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot is\noccurring.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to one and a half feet above\nnormal. The next two high tides at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy\nare at 2:07 AM and 1:30 PM.\n\n## Instructions\nIf travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be\nclosed.
