For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 5 PM Thursday to\n11 AM EDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only\nisolated road closures expected. Rip currents can sweep even\nthe best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.\n\n## Instructions\nIf travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be\nclosed.
