High temperatures between 85 and 96 degrees\nfor the Bay Shoreline.\n\n* WHERE...The East Bay and San Francisco Bay Shoreline, North Bay\nInterior Mountains and Valleys, and The Santa Clara Valley and\nEastern Hills.\n\n* WHEN...From noon to 11 PM PDT Thursday.\n\n* IMPACTS...This level of heat affects most individuals sensitive to\nheat, especially those without effective cooling and/or adequate\nhydration. Impacts possible in some health systems and in\nheat-sensitive industries.\n\n## Instructions\nHydration is a critical piece to surviving the heat. Drink water, and\nif possible, take water to those who are vulnerable.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\nfitting clothing.
