The\nwind will be sustained at 20 to 30 mph and gusts up to around 40\nmph. The wind may cause localized blowing dust, especially over\nopen fields. In addition, elevated fire weather conditions may\noccur due to these winds and dry conditions.\n\nWHERE...Along and north of Highway 20.\n\nWHEN..Through 7 pm.\n\nIMPACTS...Unsecured outdoor objects may be blown around and smaller\ntree branches may break. Visibility may be reduced due to blowing\ndust.
