Hottest conditions across the East Bay\nHills and Valleys.\n\n* WHERE...The Santa Clara Valley and Eastern Hills, and The East Bay\nHills and Valleys.\n\n* WHEN...From noon Thursday to 7 PM PDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...This level of heat affects primarily those individuals\nextremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors without\neffective cooling and/or adequate hydration.
