Minor flooding is ongoing or\nexpected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and\n2.5 inches of rain have fallen.\n- Locally heavy rainfall over Wilson Creek and Estes Mill Creek is\nproducing excessive runoff which may lead to isolated to nuisance\nflooding of small streams may be imminent.
