West winds in the morning will turn\nnorthwesterly behind a cold front. Sustained winds of 10 to 15 mph\nwith gusts of 20 to 25 mph are forecast. Minimum relative\nhumidity values of 20 to 30 percent are also expected. Together,\nthese conditions could lead to the rapid spread of fires.
