Dangerous\nflows over normally dry wash crossings.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 503 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to\nthunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain\nhave fallen.\n- This includes the following streams and drainages...\nGumbo Hills Draw, Coal Draw, Owl Creek, Bighorn River, Wagon\nGulch Draw, Walters Draw, Alkali Draw, Gebo Draw, South Fork Coal\nDraw, Sand Draw, and Cottonwood Creek.\n- Some locations that may experience flooding include...\nCoal draw south of Kirby and areas around the Hot Springs County\nAirport.\n- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood\ndeaths occur in vehicles.\n\nIn hilly terrain there are hundreds of low spots and normally dry\ncrossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not\nattempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.\n\nRemain alert for flooding even in locations not receiving rain.\nWashes, draws, streams, and rivers can become raging killer currents\nin a matter of minutes, even from distant rainfall."}
