Initial local runoff has likely already made it\nthrough the Lanesboro and Houston locations. Additional upstream\nrunoff will likely hold Lanesboro around 10 to 12 feet through this\nevening as upstream water routes downstream. At Houston, the forecast\ncarries uncertainty in how fast the water will route downstream.
