Thunderstorms will develop late Wednesday night\nand move from south to north across the area.\n\n* OUTFLOW WINDS...Any storms that develop will be capable of\ngusty and erratic outflow winds between 25 and 30 miles per\nhour. Outflow winds can occur ahead of and behind storms and\ncause erratic wind directions.\n\n* TEMPERATURES...Up to 77.\n\n* IMPACTS...Scattered lightning in dry fuels can cause multiple\nfire starts. Thunderstorms can also bring sudden sharp wind\nshifts on existing fires, causing rapid changes in a fire's\nrate of spread and direction of spread. Thunderstorm outflow\nwinds can be a threat for several hours following the start of\na new lightning-caused fire. If a fire were to begin, air\nquality may diminish in the surrounding area.\n\n## Instructions\nA Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions\nare either imminent or occurring now.
