Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain\nhave fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches can be expected\nover the area. This additional rain could result in minor\nflooding.\n- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
