This\nincludes the cities of McGrath, Nikolai, And Takotna.\n\n* WHEN...From Monday afternoon through Friday afternoon.\n\n* IMPACTS...The Kuskokwim River is currently at bankfull. Soils\nremain moist and excessive runoff may result in localized flooding\nof rivers, creeks, streams, other low-lying areas and flood-prone\nlocations.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- Heavy rain is forecast to begin Monday afternoon. Rain should\ncontinue through Wednesday morning with storm total rainfall\nexpected to be around 1 to 2 inches. Minor pooling/ponding of\nwater in low-lying and flood prone areas is possible with the\nalready saturated ground conditions beginning on Tuesday. Small\nstream and creek flooding is possible as we expect very high\nwater levels throughout the week in response to the heavy rain.\n\n- The Kuskokwim River at McGrath is at bankfull as of 12:00PM\nAKDT Sunday September 13th. Water levels are forecast to drop\nbelow bankfull by Monday morning.
