Overnight temperature recovery into the upper 60s to low\n70s will also lead to increased heat stress.\n\n* WHERE...In Kansas, Cheyenne KS, Decatur, Graham, Norton, Rawlins,\nSheridan, and Thomas Counties. In Nebraska, Dundy, Hitchcock, and\nRed Willow Counties.\n\n* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT /midnight MDT/ Tuesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat events.\n\n## Instructions\nIf you must be outdoors, wear light weight and loose fitting\nclothing, drink plenty of water and take frequent breaks in the shade\nor an air conditioned building.\n\nCheck up on relatives and neighbors. Never leave young children and\npets in unattended vehicles.
