For the\nExtreme Heat Warning, from noon to 8 PM CDT Tuesday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events. Heat related illnesses are\npossible especially impacting those not acclimated to the\nconditions or those performing strenuous activities.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nTake extra precautions when outside.
