These\nstorms have weakened slightly over the past several minutes, but are\nstill capable of producing sudden winds to near 40 knots and\noccasional lightning strikes.\n\nHAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Small craft could be capsized in the suddenly higher winds\nand higher waves associated with this cluster of\nthunderstorms.\n\nLocations impacted include...\nWhale Bay and Biorka Island.\n\n## Instructions\nMove to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.\n\nBoaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.\nWind gusts 34 knots or greater, high waves, dangerous lightning, and\nheavy rain are possible with this storm."}
