Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of\nrain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 to 2 inches in\n1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in\nthe warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
