Flying debris may\nbe deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes\nwill be heavily damaged or destroyed. Homes and businesses\nwill have substantial roof and window damage. Expect\nextensive tree damage and power outages.\n\nThese severe storms will be near...\nAtwood and Ludell around 535 PM CDT.\nOberlin around 600 PM CDT.\n\nOther locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include\nBlakeman, Beardsley, Kanona, and Traer.\n\n## Instructions\nA Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for northwestern\nKansas.\n\nRemain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly\nfrom severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the\nbasement or small central room in a sturdy structure.\n\nFor your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a\nbuilding.\n\nThese thunderstorms will produce strong winds resulting in areas of\nnear zero visibility in blowing dirt. Use extreme caution if you must\ntravel and be alert for rapidly changing visibility.\n\nTorrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to\nflash flooding.
