Dipnetting and other recreational\nactivities along Cook Inlet beaches will be impacted by high winds\nand rough seas, with 8 to 12 foot waves coming off of Cook Inlet.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur between around\n7am and Noon. Cook Inlet beaches, especially from the Kenai River\nto Nikiski will see the highest wind gusts.\n\n## Instructions\nWinds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high\nprofile vehicles.
