For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 5 PM this\nafternoon to 9 PM EDT this evening.\n\n* IMPACTS...Vulnerable causeways to and from local beaches may\nexperience minor coastal flooding. Low-lying roads and\nlocations along the Intracoastal Waterway and adjacent tidal\ncreeks may observe minor coastal flooding. Check with local\nofficials for the latest information regarding coastal flood\nimpacts and closures. Longshore currents can sweep swimmers\nand surfers into rip currents, piers, jetties, and other\nhazardous areas. It may sweep swimmers off their feet, making\nit difficult to return to shore.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Affected areas listed are based on\naverage tide conditions. Additional locations may experience\nflooding during periods of heavy rainfall, high winds, or\nother factors.\n\n## Instructions\nIf travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be\nclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of\nunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone\nproperty.\n\nCaution should be used when in or near the water.
