The gust to 58 knots at 653 PM was\nreported at Dulles International Airport.\n\nHAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 48 knots.\n\nSOURCE...Radar indicated.\n\nIMPACT...Boaters could easily be thrown overboard by suddenly higher\nwind and waves capsizing their vessel.
