This  will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.\nBetween 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over\nthe area. Water in arroyos can travel many\nmiles and take hours to reach your location from upstream rain areas."}
