Instability will accompany the moisture and allow for\nincreased chances of isolated to scattered thunderstorms across\ncentral Oregon and portions of the eastern mountains. Brief heavy\ndownpours, gusty outflow winds, small hail, and frequent\nlightning will be possible...\n\nThe National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a Red Flag\nWarning for abundant lightning, which is in effect from 11 AM to\n8 PM PDT Thursday.\n\n* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 698 Southern Blue Mountains.\n\n* TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, until 11 PM PDT this\nevening.
