For the second Red Flag Warning, from 2 PM to 8 PM\nMDT Thursday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Friday morning\nthrough Friday evening.\n\n* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.\n\n* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 7 percent.\n\n* IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected.
