Water over roadways.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 244 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges\nindicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause\nurban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of\nrain have fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over\nthe area.
