Water over roadways.\nOverflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other\nareas is occurring or is imminent.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 445 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated\nheavy rain due to thunderstorms. This  will cause urban and small\nstream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.\n- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over\nthe area.
