Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain\nhave fallen.\n- This includes the following low water crossings...\nCenter Creek at Dogwood Road and Dry Fork at Pine Road.\nAdditional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over\nthe area.
