For the Heat Advisory, heat\nindex values up to 110 expected.\n\n* WHERE...Portions of southeast Arkansas and central, north central,\nand northwest Mississippi.\n\n* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 9 PM CDT this evening.\nFor the Heat Advisory, from 10 AM to 8 PM CDT Thursday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during\nextreme heat and high humidity events.\n\n## Instructions\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\n\nDo not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles.
