The combination of the\nfrontal passage with isolated shower and thunderstorm activity\nwill result in brief instances of wind gusts exceeding 50 mph.\n\nThese winds may cause more damage to trees and power lines than\nwhat is normally observed due to most trees being fully leafed out\nand some trees being weakened by previous storms. Additionally,\nany damaged tree branches may break loose and become projectiles.\n\nPedestrians and those outdoors should watch for flying debris and\navoid being near trees if possible during times of stronger\nwinds. Also, those traveling along north to south oriented\nroadways should be prepared for strong cross winds."}
