This\nincludes the cities of Skwentna, Willow, Talkeetna, Trapper Creek,\nPetersville, and Chulitna.\n\n* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.\n\n* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,\ncreeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.\nCreeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water\ncrossings may be flooded. Area rivers, creeks, and streams are\nelevated from the previous rain event and will likely rise again\nduring these next rain events.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- Two additional storm systems will bring rain to the Susitna\nValley, the first Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning\nand the second Wednesday evening through Thursday afternoon.\n0.50\" to 1\" of rain is likely (70-80%) with the first event\nwith an additional 1.0\" to 2.5\" of rain likely (70-80%) with\nthe second event. The track of both systems will favor the\nhighest rainfall totals over the northern and eastern\nSusitna, along the Talkeetna Mountains. As a result, fast\nresponding rivers and streams along and east of the Parks\nHighway may be more susceptible to flooding with this event.\n\n- Http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nYou should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood\nWarnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared\nto take action should flooding develop.\n\nStay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,\ntelevision, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information."}
