West winds of 10 to 20 mph\nwith gusts of 30 to 35 mph are forecast for the entire day\nMinimum relative humidity values of 40 to 50 percent are also\nexpected, possibly drier in northern Saint Louis and Koochiching\ncounty where overnight showers and storms only brought a few\nhundredths of an inch of rain. Higher rainfall amounts did fall\nin northern Cook and Lake Counties on the order of a quarter to\nhalf inch, but skies will partially clear out quickly today\nleading to drying conditions. Together, these conditions may\ncause wildfires to spread rapidly. Check burning restrictions and\nfire danger before burning.\n\nSimilar conditions are anticipated on Tuesday with winds out of\nthe north-northwest gusting to 20 to 30 mph, and while relative\nhumidity values will be highers, these stronger winds may still\ncause any fires to spread rapidly.\n\nFor more information on burning restrictions for Minnesota, see\nwww.dnr.state.mn.us/forestry/fire/firerating_restrictions.html."}
