Emergency management officials report a\nnumber of roads in Downtown Charleston are still flooded and\nclosed. City inundation sensors indicate water levels are\nstarting to fall as water drains throughout the city. While\nadditional near term flooding is unlikely, conditions remain\nhazardous throughout the downtown area.
