For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 6\nto 12 feet expected in the surf zone.\n\n* WHERE...Eastern Monmouth.\n\n* WHEN...For the High Rip Current Risk, from Tuesday morning\nthrough Friday afternoon. For the High Surf Advisory, from 8\nAM Wednesday to 6 PM EDT Friday.\n\n* IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and\nlocalized beach erosion.
