Low roads and\nbridges in the flood plain are flooded and dangerous to auto\ntraffic.\nAt 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding reaches camping areas near\nRio Frio to above concan during recreation months threatening\ncampers, autos, RV trailers, canoes and gear. Low roads and\nbridges are flooded and dangerous to auto traffic.\nAt 14.0 feet, Flow extends well into the flood plain below Rio\nFrio to Concan. Turbulent flow several feet deep in campgrounds is\ndangerous to campers and their autos, RVs, and camping gear.\nNumerous roads and low bridges are severely flooded and dangerous\nto auto traffic.\nAt 15.0 feet, Major flooding increases very quickly to several\nfeet deep over the Frio River banks of recreation camps near Rio\nFrio to near Concan. Sleeping campers, autos and recreational\nvehicles can be washed downstream. This is a life threatening\nlevel.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 2:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.1 feet.\n- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.\n- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after\nmidnight tonight.
