Livestock in the flood plain should be moved to higher\nground immediately. Highways 57, 65, 85, 190, and Farm to Market\n1025 are flooded and closed. Fencing and roads are damaged.\nAt 21.0 feet, Lowest homes downstream in the east edge of Crystal\nCity flood. Numerous secondary roads and low bridges are extremely\ndangerous to motorists above Barksdale to below Carrizo Springs.\nLivestock are cut off and equipment destroyed in the flood plain\nfrom the headwaters to below Tilden with massive damage to fencing\nand secondary roads.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 2:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.9 feet.\n- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.\n- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours\nending at 2:30 PM CDT Wednesday was 15.9 feet.\n- Forecast...The river will rise to 17.4 feet this evening\nbefore reaching 19.6 feet just after midnight tonight.
