This  will cause arroyo and small stream flooding.\nBetween 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen.\n- Impacts from mud and debris flow has been reported at mile marker\n15 just south of Jemez Springs along NM 4.\n- Some locations that will experience flooding include...\nJemez Springs and Jemez State Monument.\n- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
