Water over roadways.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 514 PM CDT, radar indicated showers and thunderstorms with\nheavy rain moving slowly north across central and western\nparts of Fisher County. Heavy rain has fallen over this area\nduring the past couple of days, and additional rainfall of 1\nto 2 inches will cause minor flooding, especially in low-\nlying and poor drainage areas.
