A few gusty showers may enhance wind gusts during the\nearly afternoon as well. Fuels are near average dryness for this\ntime of year, but the rapid drying of fine fuels such as grasses\nmay occur given the low humidity.\n\n* AFFECTED AREA...Northeast Plains (Zone 104), Northeast\nHighlands (Zone 123), Central Highlands (Zone 125), and East\nCentral Plains (Zone 126).\n\n* TIMING...From Thursday afternoon through Thursday evening.\n\n* 20 FOOT WINDS...West winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40\nmph.\n\n* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity between 10 and\n15 percent.\n\n* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly.
