Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.\nAdditional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the\nwarned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin\nshortly.\n\nExcessive rainfall over the burn scar will impact Gallinas Creek and\nTecolote Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation\nand other loose materials.\n\nHAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
