In North Central Washington, Central Chelan County,\nOkanogan Highlands, Okanogan Valley, Wenatchee Area, Western Chelan\nCounty and Western Okanogan County.\n\n* WHEN...From late tonight through Sunday evening.\n\n* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in debris and ash flows over\nburn scars in steep terrain.  Rock slides will be possible.  Minor\nflooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains\nand ditches may become clogged with debris.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- A slow moving storm system will bring persistent bands of rain\nthrough Central Washington.  Rain intensities will vary from\nlight to moderate.
