For the High Rip Current Risk, through late\nWednesday night.\n\n* IMPACTS...Minor flooding of coastal adjacent lots, parks, and\nroads. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from\nshore into deeper water.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels will remain elevated into\nWednesday. The next high tide on Wednesday morning is around 9\nam EDT, which is when the highest water levels are expected\nalong the Franklin County Coast.\n\n## Instructions\nIf travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be\nclosed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of\nunknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone\nproperty.\n\nSwim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and\nfloat.
