Upstream in Youngs Creek\nwatershed, flooding of city of Franklin parks with flood waters\npossibly 3 feet deep in some areas.  CR 200 N at CR 75 W on\nnorthwest side of Franklin and CR 250 S west of US 31 closed by\nhigh water.   Amity ditch is out of its banks.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 5:15 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.6 feet.\n- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours\nending at 5:15 PM EDT Wednesday was 8.6 feet.\n- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 8.7\nfeet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage\ntomorrow morning.\n- Flood stage is 7.0 feet.\n- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood\n\n## Instructions\nMotorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive\ncars through flooded areas.\n\nTurn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
