Expect flood waters on Highway 81\nto expand further south to the Y intersection of K55. The small\ncommunity of Ponderosa Estates, 5 miles northwest of Belle Plaine,\nwill have a few homes flooded and roads leading into the Estates\nflooded. Timber Brook Estates will have roads inundated by over a\nfoot of water.\n\n* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...\n- At 5:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 26.7 feet and rising.\n- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.2\nfeet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below\nflood stage late tomorrow evening.\n- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.\n\n## Instructions\nDo not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades.
